Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is requested by the customer :
- With a notice within 72 hours or more in advance, the amount paid will be refunded or the booking will be relocated to another date according to availability.
- With a notice between 72 and 24 hours, the amount of the booking will not be refunded but it may be relocated to another date according to availability.
- With a notice of less than 24 hours, the booking is considered as rejected, without the possibility of refund or relocation to another date.
The money will not be refunded:
- If the client does not show up at the scheduled start time of the activity.
- If, once the activity started, the customer decides to return to the marina, without completing the excursion.
- If the company decides to cancel the activity because the customer or any participant of his group is showing clear demonstration of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- If the company decides to cancel the activity because the customer or any participant of his group is not following the instructions of correct jet ski usage or his behaviour can be dangerous for his own safety or the safety of the rest of the group.
The company reserves the right to cancel the activity if it considers that the weather conditions or any other exceptional circumstances can endanger the safety of any participant, giving them the opportunity for a full refund or the relocation of the activity according to availability.
