How do I book an excursion?

You can book directly from our website by selecting the activity, base and date you want. You can also call us or send us a WhatsApp message. Payment is made online securely.

Do I need a nautical license or permit?

No, no nautical license or permit is required to participate. Our instructors will guide you at all times and you will receive training prior to departure.

Do I need experience with jet skis?

No prior experience is required. Before the excursion you will receive a detailed explanation on how to handle the jet ski. Our excursions are designed for all skill levels.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the activity at no cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a penalty. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to manage your cancellation.

What happens if weather conditions prevent the excursion?

Safety comes first. If weather conditions are not suitable, the excursion will be postponed or fully refunded. We will always contact you as far in advance as possible.

Where does the excursion depart from?

Departures are from our nautical bases. Upon confirming your booking you will receive exact access and location instructions for each base. We have bases in different locations along the Mediterranean coast.

What documents do I need to bring?

All participants over 18 years old must present their national ID or valid passport. Minors will need authorization signed by their legal guardian.

How many people can ride each jet ski?

Each jet ski can carry a maximum of 2 people: the driver and a passenger. The combined maximum weight of the occupants must not exceed 200 kg.

Can I take my child on the jet ski?

Yes, children can ride as passengers on the jet ski as long as they are at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. All minors must wear a life jacket, which we provide.

Can a minor drive the jet ski?

No. Only persons over 18 years of age can drive the jet ski. Minors can only ride as passengers with a responsible adult.

Can my companion drive the jet ski?

Yes, if you wish your companion can drive the jet ski during the excursion, as long as they are over 18 years old. The instructor will give the necessary instructions for changing drivers safely.

Can I use my own phone or GoPro during the excursion?

We recommend not bringing personal electronic devices during the excursion to avoid loss or water damage. At some of our bases we offer professional photography and video services. Check availability when booking.

What clothing and footwear do I need?

We recommend wearing swimwear (swimming trunks or bikini), a lycra or similar shirt to protect from the sun, and water shoes or sports shoes that can get wet. We provide wetsuits when conditions require it.

Can I leave my belongings there?

Yes, we have lockers or designated areas to store your belongings during the activity. However, we are not responsible for valuables. We recommend not bringing unnecessary items.

In the arrival instructions you will receive with your booking you will find information about parking areas near our base. In general, we have free or easily accessible parking nearby.

How does an excursion work? (free time, jet skis per group, swimming stops)

Upon arriving at the base, the instructor will welcome you and give a safety and handling briefing. You will then set off as a group guided by the instructor, making stops at points of interest and swimming areas. Groups are small to ensure personalized attention. Duration varies depending on the excursion chosen.

Are there changing rooms, bathrooms and showers?

Yes, our bases have changing rooms, bathrooms and showers so you can freshen up before and after the activity. The facilities are available to all participants.

Do I need to know how to swim?

It is not essential to know how to swim, as all participants wear life jackets throughout the excursion. However, it is advisable to feel comfortable in the water.

Can I arrange a private excursion (event, birthday, stag/hen party, closed group)?

Yes, we offer the possibility of booking private excursions for events, birthdays, stag/hen parties or closed groups. Contact us to receive a personalized proposal adapted to your needs.

Can I choose the day for the activity?

Yes, when purchasing a gift voucher you can choose the date that suits you best, always subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season.

Does it have an expiry date?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, the voucher expires and cannot be redeemed.

How do I redeem the gift voucher?

To redeem your gift voucher, visit our website and make a booking by entering the voucher code in the corresponding section. You can also contact us directly and we will help you with the process.

Can I give the gift to a minor?

Yes, you can give an experience as a gift to a minor. Remember that during the activity the minor must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, and that they can only go as passengers (not as drivers).

Set off on the most complete Benidorm jet ski tour from our base at Marina de Greenwich (Altea). We head south, skirting the charming Isla de la Olla and crossing the stunning Bay of Altea. We’ll continue to the secluded Cala de la Mina, where we’ll pause briefly to take in its unique setting.

From there, we’ll cruise towards the iconic Albir Lighthouse and the dramatic cliffs of the Serra Gelada, a natural park that reveals the area’s distinctive volcanic rocks. We’ll then reach Benidorm, whose unmistakable skyline will be the perfect backdrop for memorable photos and, if sea conditions allow, a refreshing swim.
